Welcome to the Environmental Fund for Maryland Public Relations Database

You now have access to the documents connected with your group. You can create new ones, edit the ones that already exist or delete them if they are no longer needed.

  • Creating a new entry - To create a new Calendar event, Job posting or News item, click the pertinent link above to get to the appropriate section and then click the "Add ..." link near the top. Fill out the form that appears and click the Submit button at the bottom to send the new entry to the EFM computer.

  • Editing or deleting an entry - To edit or delete a specific document already in the database, find the document and click on it. When the document opens, click on the Edit link at the top to make changes to the document. When you are finished making changes, be sure to click the Submit button at the bottom of the form to send the new information to the EcoNetwork computer. To delete the entire document from the database (forever!), go into Edit mode and then click on the Delete link at the top of the document. The document will be immediately removed from the database.

Note: In all cases, when you are finished creating or editing a document, you must click the Submit button at the bottom of the form to send the information to the EcoNetwork computer. After receiving the message confirming that the changes have been made, you can use the "Back" button on your browser to return to your original location and then use the "Reload" or "Refresh" button on your browser to see the new addition or change in the database.
