  5. The birds are coming. Get ready for a night of science, surprises, and Hitchcockian chaos at Bad Science Cinema: The Birds. Starting at 5:30 PM, explore the museum after hours, mingle with fellow science-loving adults, and take part in themed activities before settling in for a screening of The Birds in our Theater.

  15. 🪶 Trinket Trading Game — Bring the fun with a themed trading activity. Show and tell isn’t just for kids, it’s for Crows too! Bring your trinkets out to play in a game of arguing, points, and shiny things!

  19. ✈️ Flight Club — Join us to learn how birding and biodiversity monitoring can serve as accessible entry points into environmental and sustainability careers. Enjoy discovering new ways to identify birds you might encounter in your daily outings, and how you could turn these observations into citizen science.

  23. 🖋️ Flash Tattoos with Nick from DNA Tattoos — Back by popular demand! Available for an additional cost. Must be 18+ with a valid ID.


  25. 🐦 Bad Birds Talk with Dr. Jerry — Join Dr. Jerry Hough from Rowan University for a special pre-film talk about when birds “go bad”.

  36. Enjoy the museum after hours before the movie begins. Critter Cove will remain open until the movie starts. Quarry Grounds and Darwin & Co. will remain open through the movie's intermission, giving you one last chance to grab refreshments or shop before they close.
