Rise & Roar: Breakfast & Fossil Dig

Two Dates Available:

Start your morning with an exclusive fossil dig in our quarry! Enjoy quarry orientation, plenty of time digging and getting your hands dirty, plus expert help with fossil identification. Before you dig in the dirt, fuel up with a hot breakfast buffet at the fossil field station.

Registration is required and does not include museum admission. This event is for all ages.

• Event starts at 8 am. Please arrive promptly to allow for maximum dig time in our quarry

• Breakfast Buffet Menu: Eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruit, coffee & other drinks

• Event includes hot breakfast buffet, quarry orientation, digging, and fossil identification

• This event is entirely outdoors, so we recommend bringing sunscreen

• You can take home up to three fossils from your dig

• In the event of extreme weather, this event will be canceled
